When you create a Get Heard account we collect your email address, display name, and any profile details you choose to add (avatar, bio, stage name, location, genre). Artists who upload music also provide audio files, artwork, and song metadata.
We use your information to operate the platform, deliver the songs and profiles you request, count plays and engagement, process payments through Stripe, and communicate essential account or billing notices.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy practices apply to that data.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember playback preferences. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Songs, artwork, artist profiles, comments, playlists, and challenge entries you publish are publicly visible by design.
You may delete your songs and account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and uploaded content from public view.
