By creating an account or using Get Heard you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Get Heard.
You retain ownership of the music, artwork, and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant Get Heard a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, and display that content to operate the platform.
You represent that you own or have full rights to any content you upload. Get Heard responds to valid DMCA notices and may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
Do not upload illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or malicious content. Do not attempt to manipulate plays, votes, or chart positions.
Paid membership tiers (Starter, Pro, Unlimited) are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the customer portal.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
Get Heard is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
